About

Anne has a background in science with a first class honours degree in Chemistry. After pursuing a career in banking and being a full time mother of four children, she returned to her studies and completed a postgraduate qualification in Personalised Nutrition at the Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), accredited by Middlesex University. She also completed a Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis and became a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. Anne is a professional member of The National Council for Hypnotherapy and a professional member of The Association for NLP (ANLP). She has recently achieved distinction as a Practitioner of Kinesiology and is a professional member of The Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK).
Anne has always been interested in nutrition and health since joining Foresight (www.foresight-preconception.org.uk) when preparing for pregnancy. More recently the health of her aging parents has renewed her passion for personalised nutrition and regard for the whole person, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Systematic kinesiology is a valuable and accurate tool in getting to the root of a problem and can save a client the expense of a private laboratory test.
Anne uses a unique combination of any or all of these therapies to help her clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. The recent branch of science, Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) has shown that a client’s mental state influences diseases and healing. Specifically, PNI studies the connection between the brain and the immune system. Anne believes that our thoughts and emotions can influence our health both positively and negatively.

Support our Charity
Together with a Ugandan friend, Anne has set up an NGO in Uganda, called Mission Destiny which is supporting AIDS orphans. Currently 200 children are being supported and land has been purchased to build a primary school and medical centre near Kampala. The NGO is forming partnerships with primary schools in different regions of Uganda to ensure that all children get a meal once a day. All profits from Fairfield go to support this cause through our UK Charity Bristol Joshua Trust(www.bristoljoshuatrust).
